Ito En Sencha Shot, 6.4-Ounce Cans (Pack of 30)

If you like unsweetened green tea, you'll like this. Taste great chilled, gives me a little boost of energy and it's supposedly good fer ya. Cute little can size too.

Like the "Dr. Andrew Weil For Teas", the Sencha Shot first tasted a bit strange to me. I likened it to drinking liquid grass! We Americans are not used to drinking such powerful Green Tea. (Ours is so diluted, by comparison.)

But I tried it. And I kept thinking about the fact that it was highest in the amount of antioxidants in it. And I kept drinking it, and got used to the flavor. This tea is just plain good for you. Eventually, I grew to like the flavor. (It's really big in Japan)

I won't claim that this product tastes great, but I pour the shot into a big glass of my regular honey sweetened tea and drink it at lunch during the work day. I have energy enough to make the rest of the day and the drive home and feel as though I am making a positive impact on my health. It is as easy as carrying the case into my office and popping the top at lunch! How easy is that?? It is a nice quality tea that someone else brewed. Can't beat it, especially with the Amazon deals!

I can't say enough good things about this product. I shop at whole foods and when they run out which is quite often I always get upset. I am not saying this is a weight loss product but I always drink my sencha when I want to take off a few pounds. It never fails I always feel great and look great when I incorporate this product in my daily life. The other green teas on the market have all kinds of junk in them and this is just refreshing green tea.

Yes it does have a bold taste. But I enjoy it. If your a coffee drinker or you enjoy black tea you will like the taste of Sencha shot. It's a bold taste with wonderful health benefits.
