It's good and it works!
I started out with the Pregnancy Support tea and loved it, so tried the Nursing Mom tea when the time came. I am hooked. Both teas are delicious and comforting. Nursing Mom tea also works to help keep your milk supply up. I enjoy drinking it and recommend it whole heartedly! 2006-09-20

Although I just stopped nursing after 14 months, I am a definite advocate of the Yogi Teas, particularly this one. It is flavorful and it works. I don't know if it's the tea or the fluid intake itself, but I found it to help when my supply started to get low. For you new breast feeders out there, nothing helps more than pumping/feeding often, but it's nice to have this tea as a back-up! 2006-07-18
