I'm attempting to relactate and have been taking this along with Fenugreek daily. The tea isn't the best tasting, but I can stand it for the sake of my son. This, combined with Fenugreek, has begun to slowly up my supply. I seem to be producing a bit more milk, after going over a month without bf'ing. I also love the little mantras on each packet. They always make me smile and keep me motivated to keep trying to relactate for my son.

I love this tea and I drink it several times a day. I like the fact that I can buy it in bulk here and it is shipped right to my door. The tea has a very pleasant taste and it smells faintly like licorice. I was paying a bit more at my local organic grocer so saving money is always nice! I have found that this tea really does support and boost your milk supply and it is worth a try.

I am trying to collect as much milk as possible for when I go back to work full time, and I used it 3 times a day for two days. I did not know what to do from engorgement - I had to feed the baby/pump every 3-4 hours.
Since then, I am having it once a day - just in case.

I've been nursing now for almost five months and I drink 2-5 cups of this tea every day. It tastes great, helps me stay hydrated, and helped me ramp up my production on the side that was lacking. I buy this tea for all my new-mommy friends as a "welcome to motherhood" gift.

Nice tea either hot or iced with a licorice flavor. While I cannot say it has increased my milk production, it tastes good, and helps me consume more water.
