Cuisinart DCC-1200 12-Cup Brew Central Coffeemaker, Black and Stainless Steel

Something is not right about this coffee maker. I don't know enough about coffee to speculate what the problem is, but coffee from my Cuisinart lacks the flavor and richness that I got from my old coffe maker. I also have a little four cup Hamilton Beach Aroma Express that my wife got for free. It makes a delicious cup of coffee compared with my Cuisinart.

Pretty frustrating for such an expensive machine.

There is no better coffee maker on the market anywere, for any price. It makes the best coffee, keeps it at the temperature you prefer and, one of the best features, turns off after four (4) hours instead of the usual two. It brews quickly and cleans easily. This is my second Cuisinart. I would not change brands.

This is a standard coffee maker with no extra bells and whistles, but it does the job of brewing good hot coffee. The coffee stays hot for hours without losing its flavor.

This specific Cuisinart DCC-1200 outshines any coffeemaker that we have ever owned. If you want really hot, strong, European-style coffee, then test this machine. Unfortunately, it makes restaurant/friends' coffee seem lacking.
