speechless.
i bring my coffee to work in this thermos everyday. yesterday i didn't drink my coffee, so i stuck it in the office fridge thinking it would get cold overnight. i just opened it up and poured my first cup. the coffee is still warm!

Love this thermos
I love the slim design - and it holds just the right amount of tea or coffee. I've only been using it at home - I can make a pot - and sip slowly for several hours. No need to reheat!

Keeps my caffeine nectar H-O-T all day!
I read the reviews for this prior to purchasing and am happy to report the positives are ALL TRUE!!!

I recently started working for a company that HAS NO COFFEEMAKER (wha?)! This is wrong in more ways than one, but rather than spend $4 on Starbucks daily, I decided to purchase a thermos. I take both sugar and Coffeemate Creamer (the refrigerated kind) in my coffee, so was worried that by "making it nice" in the morning, it wouldn't stay hot all day.

Nope! I make a full pot o'joe in the a.m., fill the carafe, add my sugar and creamer then screw on the inner lid/pourer and SHAKE IT ALL UP (like a martini). No spills and my coffee stays hot all day.

Part of the key is filling the carafe with hot water for about 10 minutes to heat up the interior. I also love the interior cap which has a pouring spout. It's an extremely good size and very lightweight, even filled to the brim (I have to climb 5 flights of stairs with this thing every morning -- so I should know!).

It keeps things COLD, too
Something I learned in college, from my paleontology professor - keep a vacuum insulated bottle of ice water in the vehicle. After a long, hot, dusty day of fossil hunting or other geological exertions...COLD water is a delightful, sensual pleasure.

The best thermos ever!
I'll start by saying that Nissan makes a couple of different size/shape thermos's in this style (vacuum sealed stainless steel). Just buy the one that fits your capacity needs!

I've owned two of these thermos for almost 3 years now. I bought use this thermos to bring in lattes that I make at home to work. I have two in case I leave the primary one at work I have a backup at home (caffiene addict). So one these has traveled to and from work with me 5 days a week for almost 3 years. It has been dropped, banged, kicked, etc...and all it has a is a small dent on the bottom corner that came when it took a really hard fall from the roof of my car onto cement...and it was quite a fall. I really didn't think it would be functional after that fall but it was fine.

This think is spectacular at keeping liquids hot (probably cold as well but I've never tried). I don't "charge" it by pouring hot water into it first to "preheat" the metal but my drink is still too hot to drink after a 45 minute commute to work. Once I forgot the full thermos on the counter I went to pout it out 10 hours later after returning from work...it was still hot! I actually drank the latte and it was "just right" as far as temperature goes.
